SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY

PLEASE NOTE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL DURING THE SPRING ANTIQUE SHOW (MARCH 14-31). WITH THE HIGH TRAFFIC AND UNIQUE FINDS, WE WON'T BE ABLE TO PROCESS RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. TAKE YOUR TIME TO PICK YOUR TREASURES, AND FEEL FREE TO ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR SELECTION. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!

 

All orders will be processed within 1-4 business days if standard shipping is selected (USPS Ground Advantage). Once the package is on the truck, there is a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays. The Post Office in Round Top is a small but mighty team - it may take a few days for them to scan in your package, but rest assured it is on its way to you!

You can upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express for an additional fee.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order starts being processed, you will receive another email with a USPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the hyperlink in your email or by tracking your number at usps.com. 

At this time, I only offer store credit for returns. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. I reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.  

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased with a discount of 30% off or more

  • Hats
  • Jewelry

  • Hair Accessories 

  • Bodysuits + Bralettes + Intimates

All return requests must be made within 14 days of the order being placed. Returns that exceed this limit will not be accepted. Any returned items that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 14 days, I am unable to accept returns on any purchases. Once a return is delivered, please allow 5 business days for it to be processed.

MAKE A RETURN: Email kait@themnrch.com with your order # & reason for return. I will email you a return label. Once your return is received, store credit will be emailed to you. The amount of store credit emailed to you includes a deduction for the cost of the return label.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email kait@themnrch.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. 

EXCHANGES: Not offered at this time due to my small-batch inventory.

SHOES: Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. I recommend carpeted areas for trying shoes on. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.

In regards to gold plated + gold filled jewelry please read the care instructions in the description of each item! 

If you are worried about your package being lost in the mail or stolen, there is an option at checkout to add Route Shipping Protection for a small fee.
